Kurt Eichenwald has written about white-collar crime and corporate corruption for the New York Times and later with Conde Nast’s business magazine Portfolio for more than 20 years. He is considered one of America’s most respected business journalists. Mr. Eichenwald is also the author of several best sellers including Conspiracy of Fools about the Enron fraud and The Informant about the Archer Daniels Midland price fixing case. The Informant was made into a major motion picture starring Matt Damon. His first book entitled Serpent on the Rock dealt with the Prudential-Bache scandal of the late 80’s and early 90’s.
During our program, Mr. Eichenwald will discuss his various investigations and share insights. His comments and observations should provide valuable perspectives for all directors.
